Children's Yoga
A fun class designed for your child to love, laugh and play. Our certified yoga instructor will lead the children with amusing activities using songs, books, yoga cards, and games, including using Yoga Bear who loves to bend and twist into crazy positions! Your child will use his/her imagination and explore his/her own abilities. Yoga is an enjoyable way for your child to release energy, find positive ways to release emotions, build strong minds and bodies all the while in a safe environment. Come join in the fun at one of our yoga classes!
YogArt: Move & Create!
Move to the music, explore Yoga postures, and practice positive affirmations that will help develop confidence, body awareness, and strengthen the mind/body connection. We will enhance our Yoga experiences through art activities, storytelling, games, and dance, thereby creating "whole child" learning experiences.
Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal Yoga is an excellent way to take care of yourself during your pregnancy. Gentle movement and breathing exercises will help you learn to manage stress and lower your blood pressure while staying limber and improving your circulation. Enjoy time for yourself in a supportive environment with other expectant mothers. Please consult your physician prior to enrolling.
