CreativeWorks for Children, LLC specializes in the arts. We offer unique enrichment programs that expose children to the world of
dramatic, visual, musical, and literary arts. Our staff has over 11 years of experience serving children throughout the state of Connecticut, conducting
thousands of programs at schools, child care centers, libraries, scout meetings, camps, staff workshops, birthday parties, and special occasions.
We are also available for field trips, and to conduct programs at schools, libraries, seminars, and staff workshops.

New Science Class!
We have added a new Science Class for children ages 4-7 years with lots of fun experiments! The program will run on Tuesday afternoons for 3 weeks starting March 2nd.

Summer Already?
Summer will be here before you know it, and our camp schedule will be as well! We have received a lot of requests for the 2010 schedule, and will have it available by early February. Pumpkin Weight Contest Winner Announced
The winner of a free class in this year's CreativeWorks Pumpkin Weight Contest goes to Ben R. Of all the guesses submitted this year, Ben's guess was closest to the actual weight of 152 lbs. Congratulations to Ben and also to this year's gardening class for planting such a great pumpkin plant!

Halloween Gingerbread House Decorating to Benefit Bridge2Peace
Join us on Saturday October 17th from 4:30-6:00pm to make a sweet and spooky Halloween gingerbread house. Music, refreshments and more. Cost is $20 with all proceeds benefiting Bridge2Peace. You must register to attend.

Free Fairy House Program Offered
Help us create some magical spaces for fairies to live. Our gardens and grounds will be marked with special spots for building. All materials
included. Make a fun take-home project too! Stop in anytime, from 11-3. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
$1 suggested donation to the Make-a-Wish Foundation.

Cooking and Gardening Summer Sessions Added
Mix things up this summer and try out one of our fantastic summer cooking classes for ages 3-6 and 7-10. Fun themed-recipes each week! For some outside fun, try out our “Fairytale Gardening” program this summer, and do some gardening among Cinderella’s pumpkin and Jack’s Beanstalks!

Trouble in Children's Garden

Pioneer Girl Class Extended
The Pioneer Girls class has been extended for another 4 weeks. Girls will work on fun projects that require focus, perseverance, and social interaction, and will be rewarded with their own delicious homemade ice cream, beautifully embroidered doll blankets, and wonderful handmade toys during this class.
