The Parents Activity Cube in our waiting room...
looking good after 5 years of use.

While this specific model is no longer manufactured, the current Parents Activity Centers seem to be similar in construction and quality as the one reviewed.

Parents Brand Activity Center

We purchased a Parents brand Activity Center about five years ago for use in our waiting room. It is still holding up well considering its heavy use. It has always been one of the more popular toys in our waiting room and it is the type of toy that will not become dated.

While our model is no longer manufactured reviews of a similar Parents Activity Center on Amazon give it a decent rating. A number of the dissatisfied reviews seemed to be related to a shipping issue with Amazon.

Besides its durability, what makes the activity cube a winner is that its many sides keep a child entertained. Also two, sometimes three, children can usually play with it at once while each works on their own side.

Only two issues have ever come up with the activity center. One is that the wire for the bead run came out, which was probably more my fault as I usually use it as a handle when I move it. The other was the screw holding the rotating ball maze started to strip out. This was repaired easily myself but may have been an issue for others. I have noticed that the activity centers that Parents has on the market now do not have this type of feature.

One downside is the price, but many online reviewers report finding them a discounts. We actually purchased ours on sale at Target but I do not believe they are currently carrying them.
